Find the inner light - awaken true love

The world is so beautiful, with beautiful scenery and amazing miracles everywhere. As the ancients said: "Reading ten thousand books is not as good as traveling ten thousand miles." This sentence deeply touched my heart because it aptly expressed my desire for the world. However, from childhood to adulthood, learning did not bring me much sense of accomplishment. On the contrary, my heart seemed to be excluded by the world and it was always difficult to find a sense of belonging.

In this state, I began to constantly reflect on my shortcomings and try to improve myself. In this process, I realized that the emergence of many thoughts helped me shape myself, and the thoughts and intentions of these thoughts are actually the energy frequencies we emit to the outside world. Our brain is like an energy transmitting station, and different thinking patterns correspond to different energy frequencies.

Resonance of Thoughts and Emotions

If we observe our emotions carefully, we will find that emotions and thoughts complement each other and are intertwined. When there are too many mental activities, conflicts and divisions are likely to occur in the heart, which often corresponds to the state of low-frequency energy. For example, when we desire success, wealth and status, our thoughts will release a lot of energy, but this energy is often binary. It may make us excited, but when reality is not as expected, it will also bring low-frequency negative emotions.

For example, when we seek help from others but are rejected, we will unconsciously feel sad. This sadness comes from our dependence on the outside world. Similarly, when we do something wrong and are criticized, we are prone to self-blame and guilt because our thinking begins to deny itself. These negative low-frequency emotions make us deeply miserable and make us mistakenly believe that happiness is out of reach.

So, if we change our mindset, can we gain true freedom and make our emotions richer? The answer is yes.

Despair is the beginning of rebirth

The operation of the mind is like a timeline. It creates conflicts and divisions, and makes us wander in pain and struggle. I once experienced a bad relationship. The other party was used to avoiding conflicts and often treated me with cold violence. This relationship made me fall into deep self-denial and regret, and even led to violent emotional outbursts and quarrels.

However, in this inner storm, I finally found my true self. You heard it right. Only when you experience true and complete despair can you touch true love. When I was sinking in extreme pain, I began to realize my essence, which is a state of self-sufficiency - an inner self full of love, joy and peace. This inner light illuminated all my darkness and made me understand that high-frequency energy has always been there, but we just need to be aware of it and return to it.

Hawkins High Energy Frequency Practice

American Psychologist David R. Hawkins Research has found that human emotions and thoughts exist at different energy levels, and a truly high-frequency energy state can bring about a higher-dimensional life experience. For example:

  • Love (500): When you are in true love, you no longer rely on the outside world to satisfy you, but instead radiate kindness from the inside out and feel unconditional acceptance.
  • Joy (540): Joy is a state that transcends short-term happiness and comes from inner satisfaction rather than external stimulation.
  • Peace (600): When you truly feel peace, you no longer need to control the world, but instead go with the flow and let everything flow naturally.
  • Enlightenment (700 and above): This is a state of awakening that transcends duality. You will no longer be influenced by emotions and the outside world, but live in the pure present.

When we begin to change our thinking and adjust our energy frequency, we can get rid of the shackles of the low-frequency state and return to the inner balance. You will find that you no longer ask for anything from the outside, but realize that you already have everything inside. My dear, you have everything! You never need any temporary pleasures from the outside world, because these pleasures are fleeting after all.

End the war of ideas and start the journey of freedom

When we cling to the external material world, our hearts are often full of conflicts and divisions. Therefore, we see endless wars in the world, the ugliness of human nature, and people constantly hurting each other for the sake of profit. The real joy and freedom can only be obtained through the sublimation of thought.

To do this, we must begin the "journey of death of thought" - that is, to be aware of and release those low-frequency belief systems that limit us, and return to the true light within. When you get rid of dependence and fear, your energy frequency will be greatly improved, and your life will enter a new dimension.

Now, let us notice together:

  • Are you still obsessed with external recognition?
  • Are you closing your heart because of pain from the past?
  • Are you willing to let go of your inner conflict and embrace true peace and joy?

Every awareness is an opportunity for you to move towards higher-frequency energy. Are you ready for true freedom?

The beauty of the death of thought – starting from the mind becoming the observed

When you really observe your mind and no thoughts or emotions come up, you enter a timeless core. This core allows you to merge with the wonderful energy of the universe, which is the beauty of "selflessness". I know it is not easy. After all, we have been bound by unconscious thoughts for decades. Our appearance may have changed a lot, but some of the scars inside have not really changed.

Thinking always has two sides. We are used to wandering between various choices, thinking about how to make our lives better and constantly asking for things from the outside. However, when you go deep into your heart, you will find that your thinking is actually very cute. It is always seeking benefits and avoiding harm, trying to get the best results for you. If you observe your thinking from a macro perspective, you will find that every time you gain something external, you will always lose something. In my world, this experience happened repeatedly until I learned not to let my mind wander endlessly, but to quietly ask it: "What are you thinking about?"

When you begin to examine your own thinking from the perspective of an observer and analyze its logic, you will discover a completely different world. This is an inner energy full of the fun of exploration. Welcome to embark on this wonderful journey!

Observing thoughts does not make them disappear

However, this doesn't mean you can make your thoughts disappear completely. Do you know why? Because when you start observing your thoughts, you will still naturally have judgments. For example, you may feel that a certain way of thinking is correct, or you may realize that certain thought patterns are the result of painful experiences in childhood.

For example, when I was a child, I felt abandoned by my mother. In fact, I was not really abandoned. It was just that when I was a child, my mother squatted down and told me: "I will send you to live with this family in the future. I will come to see you often, but I can't take care of you alone. Dad and I are going to divorce." I didn't fully understand what she said at the time, but in the dead of night, I began to think about it again and again, until one moment, I suddenly understood - my mother was going to leave me! She didn't want me anymore?

From that moment on, I fell into endless fear. I followed my mother's whereabouts every day, afraid that she would leave with her luggage and never come back. I began to try to observe her emotions and do many things for her that I was unwilling to do, just to keep her by my side. When I saw her arguing with her father, I silently shed tears and accompanied her. When my mother asked me if I wanted to go with her, I chose her without hesitation. I took the piggy bank and wanted to follow her out of this home without hesitation.

Because I felt sorry for my mother, I wanted to sympathize with her and I hoped that my existence could alleviate her pain. I wanted to tell her, "Mom, I will always love you, please don't be sad."

This fear of being abandoned has been buried deep in my heart since I was young. In fact, my parents did not really abandon me, but this fear has always been with me. I dare not tell them how I feel, for fear that they will really abandon me after knowing. So, I learned to pretend to be well-behaved, cute, lively, and sensible, just hoping that they would be happy and no longer conflict and split. However, my own heart is always full of conflict and split.

Later, this fear was constantly awakened during my extremely unpleasant relationship experience. I constantly experienced the fear of being abandoned, as if I was living in hell every day. It can be seen how powerful the human mind is, it can make people go to heaven in one second and hell in the next.

Complete despair brings true tranquility

However, it was this complete despair that made my thoughts disappear and my heart finally return to peace. This silence allowed me to rediscover the love, joy and peace that I already had. I no longer needed to seek love from the outside, because I finally understood that I was the embodiment of love.

At this moment, my inner strength awakened. I found the love that truly belonged to me❤️.

When we learn to release low-frequency energy and increase our thinking frequency, we will no longer be influenced by the external environment, but return to the inner balance.

Honey, you have everything!

You don't need to ask for anything from the outside, because the light within you is already bright enough. Let's embark on this journey of transformation of thought, find your true self, and embrace the infinite possibilities that belong to you.

Adverse Conditions

Rather than saying that this partner brought me unprecedented pain, it is better to say that it was through this relationship that I entered into complete despair and gained inner freedom and abundance. This experience allowed me to reconcile with the fearful energy in my mind, and also allowed me to truly understand my parents. They are not perfect beings, they are also souls who came to this world to practice, and they also carry their own life lessons.

In the past, I thought my parents brought me endless fear, and this partner awakened my pain from many lifetimes. But when I looked back at my life from a broader perspective, I finally saw that they were the most important "adverse conditions" in my life. They allowed me to go through pain, temper my soul, and find inner strength when my mind was in a desperate situation. I began to gain true love, experience inner joy, and look at all beings with a peaceful and tolerant attitude.

I no longer cling to pain, nor do I resent anyone, nor do I dwell on past hurts. Life is just a game, and we have been constantly creating time, conflict, and division in this game of mind-jumping. If we want to end this endless game, we need to thoroughly see the source of the inertia of thinking, be aware of all obsessions, and ultimately transcend ourselves and enter a true state of selflessness.

Welcome to join our spiritual growth journey❤️

When we begin to accept our life experiences and recognize the profound meaning of them, we can transcend pain and enter a higher level of consciousness. Every difficulty is an opportunity for soul growth; every person who brings challenges is our deepest mentor. True freedom is not a change in the external world, but our inner awakening.

Dear, you already have everything. True love, joy, and peace have never left you. They are always inside you, waiting for you to discover. May you continue to move forward on this path and find the light and peace that belong to you.
