The darkness of hypocrisy, hidden in the cloak of light
We see what the world cannot see.
The most terrifying thing in this world is not the evil people who appear to be vicious on the surface.
It's the darkness disguised as light.
They wear the garment of mercy, speak the language of justice,
In fact, he is greedy and has endless desires, and is good at manipulating people's hearts.
They are even proficient in psychology, religious discourse, and body, mind, and spirit terms.
They are good at creating the image of a "savior", making people mistakenly believe that they are mentors and guides.
Little do they know that their real purpose is to possess your soul and trust.
It makes you surrender your judgment, offer your free will, and finally lose yourself.

Only by experiencing the fog can we see the truth
We were deeply involved.
I used to have respect and gratitude for these "high-level hypocrites".
Until the alarm bells of intuition sounded again and again, and the flaws of the truth were exposed again and again,
We finally understood with great pain that
These people are not walking in the light, but are eating people in the skin of light.
Some, in the name of “love”, keep asking for emotional nourishment;
Some, in the name of "healing", actually induce dependence and undermine self-confidence;
What they are best at is making people doubt themselves rather than doubt them.
This is the essence of their evil—no teeth showing, but snakes dressed in white.
This is the essence of their evil—no teeth showing, but snakes dressed in white.

The Four Foundations of Mindfulness: The Most Sobering Dharma Left by the Buddha for the End Times
Before entering Nirvana, Shakyamuni Buddha said: "After I enter Nirvana, you bhikkhus should abide by the Four Foundations of Mindfulness."
Why is the Four Foundations of Mindfulness so emphasized? Because it can cure the four major inverted views of sentient beings:
- Purification of the Body
- Attachment to happiness
- Persistence of the mind
- Dependent dharma-attachment
The four mindfulnesses are: mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of feelings, mindfulness of the mind, and mindfulness of dharma.
The following is a complete method of meditation on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness:

1. Body Mindfulness: Contemplating the body as impure
Our body is made of flesh and blood from the remains of our parents.
From head to toe, it is full of filth. No matter how beautiful the surface is, the inside is nothing but pus and blood.
After death, things become more rotten and smelly, with maggots growing on them and bones turning into rot. How can there be peace?
But sentient beings cling to it as pure, become deeply greedy and attached to it, unable to extricate themselves.
Therefore, the method of “viewing the body as impure” is used to counteract the wrong view of “viewing the body as pure”.
Only by seeing through the illusion of the flesh can one be free from desire.
2. Mindfulness of Feeling: Contemplating Feeling as Suffering
"Feeling" refers to our feelings when we face a situation - suffering, happiness, or neither suffering nor happiness.
People in the world pursue pleasant feelings, but they do not know that within pleasure lies suffering;
Suffering is self-inflicted suffering, and neither suffering nor happiness is also suffering of the impermanent world, which is impermanent and unreal.
Viewing feelings as suffering is the sharp sword to break the attachment to happiness caused by feelings.
Help us to stop being tempted by the senses and gradually move away from the root of suffering.
3. Mindfulness of the mind: observing the impermanence of the mind
Thoughts arise and disappear in an instant, flowing constantly like water and lightning.
It has neither substance nor permanence.
But sentient beings cling to their minds as themselves and as permanent, and thus are trapped in the web of afflictions.
By practicing "observing the impermanence of the mind", one can gain insight into the illusory nature of the mind.
To cure the delusion of "the mind clinging to permanence",
Free your mind from the fictitious “self” center.
4. Mindfulness of dharma: Contemplating dharma as non-self
Dharma refers to all phenomena, all concepts, and all existence.
All living beings cling to the "I" in good and evil, practice, and behavior.
However, these dharmas have no self-nature; they are all born from causes and conditions and have no autonomy at all.
Viewing dharma as without self is a guiding light to cure the attachment to self due to dharma.
It can eliminate ego, break attachments, and truly enter the Buddhist wisdom of no self.

Fake teachers do not tell the truth, they create dependence
There are five clear signs of a hypocrite:
- He makes you more and morerely, not freedom.
- He stops youIndependent thinking, encouraging blind obedience.
- He makes you more and moreConfusion, self-doubt.
- His words sound “loving,” but they leave you powerless.
- He talks a lot about "healing," but you can never really heal.
Remember: the truth never creates fear, the truth gives you power and clarity.

Let go of your obsession with changing the world and take the path of truth
We no longer expect to change the world.
Buddha said: This world is a burning house, it is impermanent, painful, empty, and without self.
We no longer expect to be understood by everyone.
We only want to work with those who are willing to wake up and face the truth.
This road is not gorgeous, there is no applause,
But it is the narrow door leading from illusion to reality.
But on this road, we support and encourage each other.
We create love in ruins, light in darkness,
We live like a flame that pierces the darkness.
We are the light.

Writing the truth is a call for compassion
This article is just the beginning.
We will continue to expose the masks of hypocrisy and dismantle their routines and rhetoric.
Not only to expose, but also to protect those souls who are still sleeping.
We would like to be the first voice to wake up.
Even if my voice is hoarse, even if I am lonely,
We must also pass on the flame of truth and awakening.
